Refund policy

This document outlines the Limited Warranty provided for products sold via MESHLESS DESIGN's website, systematically organized by section and legally enforceable.
INTRODUCTION
MESHLESS DESIGN offers a non-transferable warranty to the buyer of our products purchased through our website, unless specified otherwise in any related materials on our site. We guarantee that our products will be free from material and workmanship defects beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty is exclusive to the original buyer and cannot be transferred, subject to applicable local laws. This warranty affords you specific legal rights, and local laws may grant you additional rights.
This warranty ensures that your MESHLESS DESIGN product will function as per the published technical specifications and within the intended operational environment throughout the warranty period. Please report any missing parts or accessories to MESHLESS DESIGN customer service within seven days of delivery to qualify for warranty coverage.
REMEDIES
The full extent of our liability and your exclusive remedy for any MESHLESS DESIGN product that fails to operate as specified is, at our discretion, either: 1) repair or replacement of the product at our expense, or 2) a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% usage fee. This warranty is contingent upon the product being returned to the purchase location or another location as specified by MESHLESS DESIGN, accompanied by the original sales receipt. You may be responsible for shipping and handling fees, as well as any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, or other fees. We may provide new or equivalent-to-new refurbished parts or repair or replace the returned product.
Any repaired or replacement products will be covered by the remainder of the original warranty period or for thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or as required by local laws.
OBSOLETE OR DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
If available, an obsolete or discontinued product will be replaced with the same model. If a direct replacement is unavailable, MESHLESS DESIGN reserves the right to substitute a similar product of equal function and capacity.
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover issues or damage arising from, but not limited to:
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Any modifications, abuse, accidents, disassembly, misapplication, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Removal of manufacturer labels or stickers.
  • Improper operation not in line with provided product instructions.
  • Any other causes unrelated to material or workmanship defects.
  • Counterfeit products, determined at MESHLESS DESIGN's discretion, not manufactured by us or our authorized partners.
    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    MESHLESS DESIGN will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, or commercial loss for breach of any warranty on your product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this may not apply to you.
    EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
    Except as prohibited by law, all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are expressly disclaimed. The duration of any implied warranties, which cannot be excluded, is limited to the term of this express warranty.
    NATIONAL STATUTORY RIGHTS
    Consumers may hold legal rights under the applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods that are not affected by this warranty.
    NO OTHER WARRANTIES
    No employee, dealer, or agent of MESHLESS DESIGN is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty.
    SPECIAL WARRANTY PERIOD IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
    For customers in the European Union, the minimum warranty period provided by the reseller is two years for new products and one year for refurbished products.
    HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
    Before filing a warranty claim, please contact customer service for technical support as a simple solution may already be available. Direct all warranty claims to MESHLESS DESIGN. Find our contact information on our support page at https://meshless.design/pages/support.
    RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT
    Should you need to return your product for repair or replacement, MESHLESS DESIGN will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and detailed return instructions. Return shipping, unless specified otherwise, will be at the customer's expense. Do not return any product without prior approval. Products returned without a valid RMA# will be rejected and sent back at the owner's expense. Clearly mark the RMA# on the outside of your package and include a copy of your RMA confirmation email inside the box.
    REQUEST A RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#)
    To obtain an RMA#, follow these steps:
    1. Submit an RMA# request online at https://meshless.design/pages/support
    2. Describe the issue in the “Message” text box.
    3. Attach valid proof of purchase necessary for RMA processing, such as the order number or invoice.

      RMA RETURN ADDRESSES**
      We maintain two RMA receiving locations globally. Your RMA confirmation will specify the appropriate return address. This should be used for sending your RMA package and should not be altered without prior approval from MESHLESS DESIGN. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.
      PRODUCTS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
      Use the original packaging for returns, or if unavailable, packaging that provides equal or greater protection. Packages showing external damage or poor packaging will be refused and returned at the sender's expense. MESHLESS DESIGN is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping to our RMA receiving locations.
      Select a return shipping method that includes tracking. MESHLESS DESIGN is not liable for lost or misdirected packages.
      RMA PROCESSING
      MESHLESS DESIGN will inspect the package for visible damage before acceptance. All received products undergo individual inspection to verify they are genuine and undamaged. We also verify the RMA#, which should be marked on the outside of the package. Damaged packages or those without a valid RMA# will be returned at the sender’s expense. Counterfeit items or those not meeting warranty criteria will also be returned at the sender's expense.
      After inspection, the product will be processed as received, and replacement or credit processing will begin, typically taking 5 to 15 business days for completion and delivery.
      MESHLESS DESIGN WARRANTY PERIODS
      • All computer enclosures and components are covered by a 1-year warranty.
      • All refurbished or factory reconditioned computer enclosures and components are covered by a 1-year, replacement-only warranty.
