[Dec 22, 2024] Shipping Update
We’re excited to announce that we have completed shipping most of the October and November orders! Order statuses will be updated shortly, and tracking numbers will be sent out via email.
However, due to adjustments in the factory production schedule, orders placed in December are now expected to be fulfilled in January 2025.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. Our team is working diligently to ensure all orders are delivered as soon as possible.
Additional Note:
Our products are assembled in China and shipped internationally. Depending on the delivery destination, the shipping process can take 15 to 30 days. Once the package reaches the destination country and enters local transportation, we receive the final tracking information. At that point, the order status will be updated. If your order status hasn’t been updated yet, please don’t worry—it’s part of the normal process.
